JIF Class: Jakarta Thematic Transit Oriented Developments (TODs)

As a major economic hub, Jakarta faces urban challenges such as traffic congestion and limited land availability. To build a more integrated and sustainable city, Jakarta is prioritizing Transit Oriented Development (TOD) - an urban planning model that creates compact communities centered around public transportation hubs to improve accessibility and enhance regional economic value.

Hosted in collaboration with PT KPMG Siddharta Advisory, this JIF Class workshop provides an in-depth exploration of "Jakarta Thematic Transit Oriented Developments (TODs)." The session aims to enhance understanding of thematic TODs, identify high-potential regional assets and investment opportunities, discuss financing models, and examine international best practices to support optimal TOD implementation across Jakarta.
