"Jakarta Investment Opportunities 2026: ASEAN Market Sounding" is an exclusive pre-event to the Jakarta Investment Festival (JIF) Summit 2026, organized by the Jakarta Provincial Government through the Jakarta Investment Centre (JIC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming of the Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesia Investment Promotion Center (IIPC) Singapore. Taking place virtually via Zoom Meeting, this session brings together government representatives, regional investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners from across Southeast Asia to gain early insights into Jakarta's priority investment opportunities.

As Southeast Asia's economy accelerates toward becoming the world's 4th largest economy by 2030, ASEAN has become a critical partner for Jakarta, contributing over 56% of the city's foreign direct investment inflows in 2025. This market sounding session highlights high-impact project presentations from PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Jabodetabek (MITJ), PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, and Perumda Paljaya, spanning Transit-Oriented Development, urban development, and public utilities. Participants will explore project pipelines, financing mechanisms, and collaborative investment models designed to drive Jakarta's transformation into a resilient global city.
