This session focused on investment promotion strategies and the preparation of Investment Project Ready to Offer (IPRO) studies, alongside discussions on licensing incentive frameworks. This meeting highlighted Jakarta’s approach to investment promotion, while DPMPTSP Pangkal Pinang shared its ongoing efforts to formulate fiscal and non-fiscal incentive regulations.
The discussion also explored Jakarta’s implementation of non-fiscal incentives, including the Gerai Mulai Berusaha and integrated licensing process packaging, as well as recognition mechanisms such as the Jakarta Investment Award to encourage compliance with LKPM reporting. The exchange underscored the importance of regulatory clarity and incentives in strengthening a competitive and investor-friendly investment ecosystem.
