INTERMEDIATE TREATMENT FACILITY PHASE 2, 3 AND 4

DKI Jakarta Government has mandated JAKPRO to develop Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) to manage approximately. 6500 ton per day of Jakarta's Municipal Solid Waste (Government Decree 65/2019). ITF is one of the infrastructure projects included in the National Strategic Projects and Project Priority (PSN). Following the 1st ITF in Sunter (North Jakarta), JAKPRO aims to develop 3 more ITFs which will be located at East Jakarta, West Jakarta and South Jakarta.

Designed as the new hub for office and commercial area in East Jakarta. It will also contain several entertainment facilities such as restaurant, theater, convention hall and concert hall. The TOD's size is 25 ha in which 18.5 ha is owned by PT Pulo Mas Jaya. The site plan is explained as follow; 7 hectares of commercial area, 9 hectares of wet land & 9 hectares of reforestation.

MRT JAKARTA PHASE III (EAST - WEST LINE)

The East-West Line will connect Eastern and Western Jakarta part, as well as several areas of West Java province. Nonetheless, the Phase III A of MRT Jakarta will only the focus on the Jakarta area only, from Kalideres, West Jakarta to Ujung Menteng, East Jakarta. The construction period for Phase III A will be divided into two stages; stage-1 will cover the Kalideres-Cempaka Baru route (20,1 km) and stage-2 will cover the Cempaka Baru - Ujung Menteng route (11,6 km)

Project LRT Phase 2A & 2B

PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) was appointed by the Governor of DKI Jakarta to be responsible for the construction and implementation of LRT Jakarta infrastructure This development program has 7 corridors with a total length of 143 km and approximately 100 stations within the Jakarta area. Phase 2 of LRT Jakarta construction will be devided into 2 phases. Phase 2 A from Kelapa Gading to JIS and Phase 2 B from Velodrome to Manggarai LRT Corridor 1 Phase 2 A is Scheduled to operate in 2024. While phase 2 B will operate in 2025 with a total budget estimated for Infrastructure and Facilities (Including Rolling Stock) at 15.78 trillion rupiah.

PT MRT Jakarta is provincially owned corporation under DKI Jakarta Province. It started operation of phase 1 North-South in March 2019. In 2020, it will start phase 2 North-South that will start operating in 2024. This East–West extended line will be constructed from Fatmawati to TMII. This line will connect to the new business district in South Jakarta as well as to the line to Bogor and Depok area.

MRT JAKARTA PHASE II B (NORTH - SOUTH LINE)

Phase II of MRT Jakarta is divided into 2, phase II A (Bundaran HI-Jakarta Kota) is currently ongoing and will be followed by phase II B (Jakarta Kota - Ancol). Phase II B contains 3 additional stations and 1 MRT depo facility in Ancol Barat. The route will connect some of Jakarta's iconic places such as Ancol, Kota Tua (Old CIty) of Jakarta and Mangga Dua shopping center. Furthermore, the depo facility will be the second depo after first depo was built in Lebak Bulus (phase I). Following the completion of phase II, MRT Jakarta will serve as integrated public transport system that connect the northern and southern part of Jakarta.

Jakarta Sewerage System

Jakarta Sewerage System (JSS) is listed as one of priorities infrastructure projects, in which project preparation directly supported by KPPIP. This formal request was submitted to the ADB/AICOE. The project is part of the Jakarta Sewerage System program which intense to develop and to manage domestic wastewater in 15 zone including zones that have been in operation. The development of zone 8th sewerage system was support compliance with the sentence of central government letter No: S130 (Sept 2013) which stipulates a target of 75 % waste water service coverage in DKI Jakarta by 2022.

The development of the six corridor of LRT is being developed case by case with considered scenario and optimum projection of ridership. with that consideration the route of LRT Jakarta that being chosen becomes priority in the idea of proposing pre-feasibilty study is LRT Jakarta: Pulogadung-Kebayoran Lama with total length 19,5 Km. Project PPP Unsolicited of LRT Pulogadung-Kebayoran Lama is project that being proposed with PT Pembangunan Jaya that can be expected to decrease the traffic in DKI Jakarta which is targeted that will operated continuosly (length 11,6 Km) in the end 2022 and fully operated in the first year 2024. This project will serve 227.000 people each day in 2024.
