Naya Menteng is a property asset owned by Sarana Jaya which is located in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta. Since 1996, this building has been built and used as an office building. To optimize the assets of the Naya Menteng Building, a redevelopment plan will be carried out to convert the building into a 3-star hotel. This development aims to address the market demand in the bustling Menteng area, known for its concentration of office and business activity.
