Project Overview

PAM JAYA is implementing a transformation program known as PAM JAYA Reborn, which aims to improve asset management to maximize the value and performance of its assets. Currently, PAM JAYA has 14 non-productive assets, including land and buildings, in Jakarta. Many of these assets are located in strategic locations, and the plan is to convert those assets into offices, residential spaces, and entertainment facilities.

PAM JAYA has 6.425 m2 of non-productive land in Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta. This area is strategically positioned, surrounded by offices, a function hall, a restaurant, and cafes. Furthermore, it is easily accessible as it is located within the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) zone, allowing residents and visitors to use the MRT for convenient access.
