Blok M Mixed-Use

The "Blok M Mixed-use" development, situated in the heart of the Kebayoran Baru Garden City District in South Jakarta, aims to rejuvenate the neglected Blok M Underground terminal into a vibrant center of activities. With a comprehensive mix of facilities including a hotel, service apartment, Residential, retail mall, office spaces, and integrated public transportation, this project envisions a dynamic urban hub. With a substantial investment of USD 190 million, spanning across a land area of 13,000 square meters and a gross floor area of 147,119 square meters, the development seeks to enhance the area's image and vitality by providing diverse amenities and reviving the Blok M district.

The project unfolds in three phases, starting with the revitalization of public spaces, followed by the construction of a retail mall and hotel service apartment podium. This project presents opportunities for partners and prospective investors to collaborate in realizing the Blok M Mixed-use development. We are also seeking partnerships with retail operators, hotel operators, and other stakeholders to play a role in the operation of the building in the future.
