Glodok Building is a mixed-use development that includes the Kota MRT Station entrance, a cooling tower and ventilation tower, and a boutique hotel. MRT Jakarta is currently undertaking the construction of this integrated facility.

Investor participation will be structured through equity investment, specifically for the development of the boutique hotel component—covering both interior fit-out and façade works.
