Project Overview

TOD Lebak Bulus is one of the 5 areas in Jakarta that is designated as Transit Oriented Development Area by DKI Jakarta Government which is located in South Jakarta and acts as The Gate of South of Jakarta. As part of the development in TOD Lebak Bulus, this mixed use development aims to be a catalyst for the development in Lebak Bulus areas.

Located in the South of MRT Jakarta Depot and Lebak Bulus Station, this site was previously a bus terminal and currently utilized as a parking area. As a catalyst for the development in Lebak Bulus areas, PT MRT Jakarta (MRT Jakarta) as the shareholders of PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Jabodetabek (MITJ) appointed MITJ to develop the land.

MITJ then initiates a mixed use development for this specific site which also combines the park and ride, in order to present a seamless pedestrian-oriented and public transportation modes. This development incorporates parking area, communal space, commercial and residential functions with various supporting facilities, wrapped in a concept of architectural space that is modern, environmentally friendly, and advanced in the latest technology.
