TB Simatupang Development

Jakarta Tourisindo plans to develop strata title apartments and commercial mix-use properties on approximately 1.8 hectares of land located at Jl. R.A. Kartini No. 42, Kel. Cilandak Barat, South Jakarta. This land has been contributed to PT. Jakarta Tourisindo and already holds an “HPL” (Land Use Right). The collaboration offered is a land concession under the Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) scheme.

The development of upper-middle class strata title apartments and commercial mix-use properties is a feasibility study recommendation for the utilization of idle land owned by PT. Jakarta Tourisindo. With its strategic location in the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) area of MRT Fatmawati, it is expected that this location will provide comfortable housing for the community in terms of accessibility.
