As part of Jakarta’s Global City vision in fostering a sustainable and liveable city for its citizens, Jakarta continues to advance smart urban planning solutions. Implementing Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is a key strategy to improve daily mobility, maximize regional asset value, and drive local economic growth.

To support this vision, Jakarta Investment Centre is hosting JIF Class: "Jakarta’s Thematic Transit Oriented Developments (TODs)" at KPMG Clubhouse featuring speakers from PT KPMG Siddharta Advisory and KPMG Singapore. 

This workshop session aims to strengthen the capabilities of key stakeholders  in exploring strategic asset utilization, investment schemes, and global best practices to optimize Jakarta's thematic TOD development corridors.
