XGL Mixed-Use

The "XGL Mixed-use" project, with a budget of USD 57.3 million, is set to revolutionize urban living with its innovative design and strategic location. It will be the first mixed-use development seamlessly connected to an MRT station on the underground level at "Pintu Besar Selatan" Street in Kotatua. Spanning over two development plots, this project will rise more than 20 floors, integrating functions such as a hotel, service apartments, retail mall, cultural and exhibition spaces, and MRT Jakarta connectivity. Positioned as a new cultural and commercial hub in the Glodok old town area, it promises to enrich the urban landscape with its dynamic offerings.

In this endeavor, we invite partners and prospective investors to join us in realizing the vision of XGL Mixed-use through equity participation. We are actively seeking partners who will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of this project, including mall operators, hotel operators, and service providers.
