Project Overview

Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya aims to optimize a greenfield site in South Jakarta by developing a 4-star hotel integrated with a serviced apartment concept. This project responds to the increasing demand for business accommodation and extended-stay facilities in the Tebet area.

The development will expand upon the existing Sarana Square complex, a commercial building with six floors completed in 2020, which includes office spaces and F&B tenants. The new hotel will be directly connected to Sarana Square, creating an integrated environment that enhances convenience and value. This integration is expected to boost the area’s appeal and deliver a premium hospitality experience.

Market Opportunity :
Jakarta’s hospitality sector is showing a strong post-pandemic recovery, particularly in the 4-star and 5-star categories (upper mid-scale to luxury). The growing popularity of domestic staycation trends is also driving demand for extended-stay accommodations.

Target Market :

- Type of Guests in need of functional meeting facilities, including meeting rooms and private dining or banquet services
