On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, Jakarta Investment Centre (JIC) and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KOCHAM) in Indonesia took a significant step forward by conducting a coordination meeting at Mal Pelayanan Publik DKI Jakarta. This discussion was attended by the General Secretary and the External Affairs of KOCHAM Indonesia, as well as the JIC Investment Promotion team. During the discussion, both parties delivered their initiatives and perspectives to enhance investment collaboration between Jakarta and South Korea. 

The discussion resulted in a strategic move to elevate investment cooperation following Jakarta's role as Indonesia’s center of economic and business and to explore new investment avenues in Jakarta’s strategic projects and South Korea potential investors’ appetites. 

We are grateful for the welcome response shown by KOCHAM Indonesia towards the collaboration initiatives. This is a step towards opening new channels of opportunity and strengthening the economic bonds between Jakarta and South Korea.
