Optimizing Public Assets Value and Investment Potential with Jakarta Asset Management Centre at JIF 2025

Jakarta Asset Management Centre (JAMC) stands at the forefront of transforming underutilized public assets into high-impact, transformative developments that align with Jakarta’s vision for sustainable and inclusive growth. As a regional public service agency under the Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, JAMC is committed to optimizing the value of government-owned assets through innovative management, strategic and investment partnerships.

JAMC presents two forward-looking urban redevelopment initiatives, including Sunter Promenade and Blok C Mixed Use, both designed to optimize the strategic potential of public assets and support Jakarta’s sustainable growth agenda. Both projects reflect JAMC’s continued efforts to enhance the value of public assets while contributing to inclusive, sustainable urban development.

The first project, Sunter Promenade, is set to transform the South Sunter Lake and Sports Centre into a well-integrated urban hub in North Jakarta. Located within a mixed residential and industrial area with convenient access to public transportation, the development is planned to integrate green and blue infrastructure, combining sports, residential, hospitality, and public facilities to support improved livability and community well-being.

Meanwhile, in South Jakarta, the Blok C Mixed-Use project focuses on the redevelopment of a strategic site within one of the city’s most established commercial corridors. Surrounded by office towers and major retail destinations, the development is envisioned as a modern, integrated complex comprising residential units, hotel accommodations, and commercial spaces. Designed to accommodate the needs of professionals, business travellers, and urban residents, the project promotes greater urban density while enhancing accessibility, convenience, and quality of life.
