As part of the Jakarta Investment Festival (JIF) 2026 series, JIF Class 2026: "Jakarta Thematic Transit Oriented Developments (TODs)" was successfully held on July 9, 2026, atKPMG Clubhouse Jakarta.

This workshop brought together State and Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMN and BUMD), Public Service Agencies (BLU and BLUD), Government Agencies, and Private Sectors to strengthen the readiness and investment attractiveness of Jakarta's strategic TOD projects.

To provide broader perspectives, the event featured speakers with different expertises from KPMG including:

1. Mr. Rishabh Jain from KPMG Singapore shared successful global benchmarks of transit area developments, for example in Singapore and Hong Kong. He also outlined key factors that international investors look for before funding regional projects.
2. Mr. Erlangga Atmadja from PT KPMG Siddharta Advisory shared the practical perspectives of private investors which focused on funding instruments and capital structures that can make public infrastructure projects more attractive.
3. Mr. Mohammad Rianto Rahadian from PT KPMG Siddharta Advisory addressed specific TOD challenges in Jakarta which needs a creative solution to accelerate the development. 

At the end of the session, the project owners were involved in a practical case study simulation to assess the readiness of the TOD Projects by identifying potential risks as well as receiving feedback from the investors.
