NRW Reduction





Project Overview

PAM Jaya and the Jakarta Provincial Government aim to reduce Non-Revenue Water (NRW) to 30% by 2030, from the current level of 45.6% with a service coverage of 66.7% (as of 2023).

To achieve the NRW reduction target of 30% by 2030, the project will be implemented in 14 priority areas across DKI Jakarta, selected based on Permanent Area (PA) and Primary Cell (PC) evaluations. These areas were chosen by considering the level of water loss, number of customers, and the condition of the existing infrastructure. The project includes the establishment of 138 District Meter Areas (DMAs) and the rehabilitation of 658 km of pipeline networks.
