PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) (JAKPRO) is a Regional-Owned Enterprise of DKI Jakarta Province. The Company’s business activities are divided into Property, Infrastructure, Utility and ICT. JAKPRO is completed projects among others, LRT, Jakarta International Velodrome, Jakarta International Equestrien Park and the on going projects, Jakarta International Stadium and  Revitalization of Taman Ismail Marzuki.

JAKPRO has mandated from DKI Jakarta Province to Develop Intermediate Treatment Facility, on going ITF Sunter and ITF West, based on Governor Regulation No. 33/2018 and 65/2019.

Regarding existing process, waste carried and disposed on Landfill area [Bantargebang, Bekasi West Java].

waste come to potential, proceed and utilize within area i.e.: Solid Fertilizer, Liquid Fertilizer, and animal feed [high protein]. On the other side for An-organic it has value become recycle products.
