Project Overview

Housing needs can’t be separated from the number and population growth of an area/region. Moreover, such as DKI Jakarta, which is included in the category of megapolitan city with a large population and the complexity of urban problems as experienced by big cities around the world. The need for housing development and residential areas in DKI Jakarta can be seen from the total backlog in 2015 of 302,319 units. The plan for the construction of Affordable Housing Daan Mogot KM is to meet the needs of decent housing through the development of vertical housing that is integrated with urban spatial planning and the creation of a slum-free, decent, and affordable city environment for all levels of DKI Jakarta society.

The Affordable Housing Daan Mogot KM 18 PPP project is recommended in the form of Rental Flats for MBR and Non-MBR communities by targeting MBR and industrial workers. It is planned to be built with approximately 1,440 residential units. Consisting of 720 MBR Affordable Housing, 360 Public Flats and 360 luxury Affordable Housing units which are divided into 8 towers and 10 floors.
