Driving Jakarta’s Urban Transformation through Transit-Oriented Development with Integrasi Transit Jakarta at JIF 2025

Urban development in Jakarta is increasingly shaped by the need for integrated mobility and accessible public spaces. Amid these developments, PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta (ITJ) is a property development and management company established by PT MRT Jakarta and PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta), playing a strategic role in advancing Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) across the city. ITJ is responsible for planning, developing, and managing TOD projects that transform key transport hubs into high-quality, integrated urban spaces. Its core mission is to enhance the urban environment through mixed-use developments that improve public transport accessibility and support local economic activity.

With a strong track record of delivering TOD initiatives such as Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu and TOD Lebak Bulus, ITJ continues to advance Jakarta’s liveability and investment appeal through projects that prioritize public transit access, green open spaces, and high-quality urban experiences. Its ongoing contribution to integrated urban development is reflected in two transformative TOD projects, including Transit Park Prapanca and Transit Hub Mega Kuningan.

The first project offered by ITJ, Transit Park Prapanca, is envisioned as a nature-based public destination that revitalizes an existing park area into a multifunctional space for recreation, events, and commercial activity. Designed with waterfront features, jogging tracks, and community areas, the park offers a refreshing urban escape while supporting active lifestyles and accommodating F&B and cultural programs. With direct access to a major road connecting inner and outer Jakarta, the project aims to enhance local connectivity to the Greater Jakarta Area. 

The second project, Transit Hub Mega Kuningan, introduces a central mobility hub in one of Jakarta’s busiest business districts. Strategically positioned in Mega Kuningan, it offers indoor motorcycle parking, retail spaces, and an integrated bus system connecting to the MRT and KRL lines, improving regional access to South Tangerang, Depok, Bogor, and Bekasi. The project aims to improve daily connectivity and support a more accessible commuting experience for those working and living in Mega Kuningan and nearby areas.
