PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (Ancol) plays a strategic role in shaping Jakarta’s northern coastline. As one of Indonesia’s most established integrated property and tourism developers, and a publicly listed regional-owned enterprise under the Jakarta Provincial Government, Ancol manages approximately 500 hectares of coastal land and has developed some of the city’s most iconic attractions, including Dunia Fantasi, Sea World, and Ecopark. With a long-standing focus on sustainable development and tourism innovation, Ancol continues to support Jakarta’s growth through projects that balance economic potential with public value.

Ancol presents a series of forward-looking investment opportunities that reflect its continued commitment to tourism and lifestyle innovation. One of the standout projects is a premium hospitality development, Ancol Hotel, located on a 1.5 hectare beachfront site. Planned as a four-star hotel, the project is designed to accommodate both business and leisure travellers. It is expected to contribute to the overall enhancement of hospitality infrastructure in North Jakarta.

Alongside the hotel project, Ancol continues to expand its portfolio through the planned development of Ancol Ecopark, a 75 hectare area envisioned as a multifunctional public space. The project introduces several thematic zones, including an art lighting and sculpture park, a food market featuring local culinary experiences, and a sports and wellness area. These zones are intended to serve a broad range of users while allowing for flexible uses through events and community engagement. The concept reflects a growing demand for accessible, open-air public spaces within Jakarta’s evolving urban landscape.

Furthermore, alongside these leisure-focused developments, Ancol is also preparing a mixed-use project that integrates commercial, hospitality, and community functions. The Hailai Integrated Lifestyle District, planned at the main gateway of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, is set to become a new activity hub in North Jakarta. Developed as a premium destination, the project will bring together hospitality, retail, and recreational elements within a cohesive and well-connected environment. It will also feature facilities to support MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), accommodating both professional functions and public activities. With its location near the upcoming MRT Phase 2B corridor and close to Ancol’s broader attractions, the district is intended to serve a wide range of users. The project aligns with current urban development trends that emphasize walkability, mixed-use functionality, and improved connectivity, while contributing to Jakarta’s efforts to foster inclusive and livable environments.

In parallel with these larger-scale developments, Ancol is also focusing on strengthening its cultural and creative economy assets through the revitalization of Pasar Seni, located at the heart of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Originally established in 1977, Pasar Seni is being reimagined as a contemporary destination that supports art, lifestyle, and creative-based tourism. The concept blends digital art exhibitions, co-working studios, and curated open spaces to create an environment that serves local creatives, tourists, and cultural audiences. This initiative aligns with Jakarta’s broader vision to expand its creative economy by providing flexible spaces for exhibitions, events, and digital commerce. With over 11 million annual visitors to the Ancol area, Pasar Seni is expected to contribute to the city’s cultural landscape and support collaboration among artists, entrepreneurs, and members of the wider creative community.
