Optimalisasi Aset - Cilandak

PAM JAYA currently implementing transformation program, PAM JAYA Reborn. One of the exciting initiatives is transformation on asset management to maximize the value and performance of the assets. PAM JAYA has 14 potential lands and buildings that currently non-productive across Jakarta area and most are located on prime location. The plan is to optimize the land by converting into driving range, entertainment facilities, sport center.

PAM JAYA owns 4.284 sqm non-productive land at Cilandak area which is one of the prime locations in South Jakarta surrounded by residentials, office buildings, malls, and hotels. PAM JAYA sees the opportunity to provide sport facilities amongst the area like Driving Range including the Club House, promenade and coffee shops. It offers alternative destinations for residents and office workers to get healthy and socialize at the same time.
