On April 30, 2024, the Jakarta Investment Centre hosted an exclusive networking dinner at Hotel Borobudur in collaboration with Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KOCHAM) Indonesia This event aimed to foster a strategic partnership between Jakarta and South Korea by bringing together representatives from Jakarta's Regional Owned Enterprises, Jakarta’s Regional Working Units, as well as  Korean business entities  in Indonesia. 

The discussions addressed investment climates and trends, highlighting Jakarta’s strategic development plans and new roles towards post capital city relocation. There are also Jakarta’s potential projects which some representatives from Korean business entities took interest in. It is expected that the economic and investment relationships between Jakarta and South Korea grow closer, encouraging more collaborations between two parties, elevating into a new significant milestone in the partnership.
